Session themes may include:
Pelvic floor wellness: prolapse, incontinence, pain, tension, pressure, constipation, vaginismus, vulvodynia, postpartum or post-surgical recovery
Emotional and nervous system support: grounding, breathwork, trauma-sensitive reflection
Navigating healthcare: finding providers, preparing for appointments, self-advocacy in complex systems
Adapting practices: modifying yoga, movement, or mindfulness for chronic illness, fatigue, neurodivergence, mobility challenges, or trauma
Pediatric support: gentle guidance for children experiencing pelvic health or emotional challenges, including constipation, bedwetting, sensory sensitivities, or anxiety
