a little bit about me
I'm Dr. Leila, PhD, and I'm here to walk alongside you on your healing journey. My path has taken me through nonprofit management, environmental and health policy work, as well as teaching and practicing in humanitarian crisis settings, and navigating my own autoimmune and pelvic challenges. This experience, alongside my training in mindfulness, meditation, yoga, breathwork, somatic healing, and mind-body pelvic wellness, shapes how I offer gentle, trauma-informed guidance and compassionate support, always with deep respect for your unique path.
Since 2021, I’ve been honored to support Dr. Brianne Grogan’s work while guiding over 500 wonderful people on their healing journeys. Dr. Bri has been a mentor to me and continues to guide my practice. I hold certifications in yoga, mindfulness meditation, somatic healing, and Mind-Body-Pelvic Health through her academy. My yoga training includes therapeutic chair yoga, pranayama, children’s yoga, prenatal yoga, yoga nidra, restorative yoga, yin yoga, and adaptive yoga. I’ve also had the privilege to learn from inspiring teachers and mentors such as David Treleaven, Peruquois, and teachers from My Vinyasa Practice, YogaRenew, and Mindful Moment Wellness. Their guidance continues to deeply influence my work.
I offer support in multiple languages, creating deeper connections and more accessible healing spaces for everyone I work with. Whether you're navigating pelvic health challenges, chronic conditions, or simply seeking greater wellness, I welcome you exactly as you are. My approach honors all ages, all bodies, all abilities, and all experiences, creating a safe space where you can bloom at your own pace.
My Approach
At Blooming Saha, even the name carries deep intention. Saha means health in Arabic, and in Sanskrit it means both endurance and together—reminding us that true wellness grows from healing, gentle strength, and community. Here, we bloom together, taking small, meaningful steps toward flourishing in your body and your life.
Much of this work already supports individuals and communities navigating challenges — including military families, those affected by conflict, displacement, environmental disasters, systemic injustice, disability, and unmet needs. It also extends to those caring for or advocating for animals and the natural world we all share.
Grounded in a trauma-informed, compassionate approach, every paid session helps this reach expand, allowing Blooming Saha to deepen its roots in collective healing — honoring every body and every soul.
